The TLEFoL Project is an academic project aimed at investigating the teaching of legal subjects held in English by non-native speakers in European universities from a critical perspective.

The teaching of legal subjects in a language other than the one used locally raises many issues concerning the content, methods and objectives of teaching. The project is therefore aimed at encouraging critical reflection on the teaching of university law courses in English as a foreign language.

The Department of Law of the University of Turin leverages on its global and international vocation to become a coordination and reference centre and to create an international working group on the issues of teaching legal subjects in a foreign language.
